Due to the personal nature of skincare products, Bareon maintains strict hygiene standards. 

We offer refunds or exchanges only under the following conditions: 

• The product is unopened and returned in its original condition. 
  
• The item was damaged during delivery. 
  
• The incorrect product was delivered. 

In the case of exchanges, delivery charges will apply. 

Requests must be made within 6-12 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by photo evidence where applicable. 

Opened or used products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
